What Is Vitamin B?
B vitamins are a family of water-soluble nutrients that play an important role in almost every biochemical process that occurs in the body. It is also important to monitor your B vitamin intake if you follow a diet that does not include meat or fish as some B vitamins, such as B12, are primarily found in these foods.
What Does Vitamin B Do?
B vitamins contribute to a healthy diet in many ways. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12 all contribute to a normal energy yielding metabolism and a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and biotin all contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B6, and B12 contribute to the normal maintenance of red blood cells, while B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart. Vitamins B1, B3, B12, and biotin contribute to psychological function, while B5 contributes to mental performance.
Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take on an empty stomach.
Product Advice
Nicotinic acid (niacin) can cause a slight flushing. This sensation is normal and will pass within a few hours. Individuals with hepatic dysfunction or a history of liver disease, diabetes mellitus, active peptic ulcer disease, gout, cardiac arrhythmias, migraine headaches and alcoholism may be particularly susceptible to nicotinic acid effects. Long term intake of 12mg of vitamin B6 might lead to mild tingling and numbness.
Do not exceed stated recommended dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach and sight of young children.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
