Cal-M is a unique take on cal-mag, a powdered blend of calcium, magnesium and, organic cider vinegar. Cal-M is designed to deliver these essential minerals as acetates, making them more readily absorbed by the body.

The Cal-M Supplement Blend

Calcium and magnesium work in harmony in the human body, and this supplement mirrors that ratio. The spray-dried cider vinegar added to this formula reacts with calcium and magnesium to form mineral acetates, a type of electrolyte that is easily absorbed and utilised by the body. Cal-M also provides traces of potassium, phosphorous, zinc, and iron. Premixed and dried, Cal-M offers the perfect blend of calcium and magnesium - all you have to do is add water.

Why Do We Add Apple Cider Vinegar?

Apple cider vinegar is produced from fermented crushed apples and contains the natural compound acetic acid. When mixed with calcium and magnesium, acetic acid reacts to create mineral salts, specifically calcium acetate and magnesium acetate. This reaction occurs when you mix Cal-M into water, juice, or smoothies, making it ready for delivery into your cells.

What Does Cal-M Do?

Cal-M provides magnesium and calcium, both of which contribute towards a health diet in a number of ways. Magnesium and calcium both contribute towards a normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism, and the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Cal-M is suggested for athletes after exercise and as needed to aid relaxation.

Directions

Stir 3-5 level teaspoons (6-10g) in half a cup of boiling water until dissolved. Add water, juice, smoothies or herbal tea to taste.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
