xAshwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng, has been used since ancient times and there are hundreds of studies by medical researchers who have been studying ashwagandha for years with great interest.
Lamberts Ashwagandha Advance combines the important properties found in the herb together with added vitamin C and zinc, for the normal function of the immune system.
Lamberts use a full spectrum root only extract since this has been the focus over thousands of years of traditional use and is consistent with published studies. The raw material undergoes a sophisticated screening process prior to manufacturing (in line with all our herbs), to ensure that the material meets our strictest quality standards. Sadly, this is not true of all ashwagandha supplements, where roots are often mixed with aerial parts (for which the traditional indication was as a topical application) and other plant parts. Many of these products do not meet their label claim and in some cases, they contain high levels of contaminants.
The active compounds called Withanolides are included at their optimum level, of 5%, which is a full 15mg per capsule. This is consistent with published studies and a level much higher than many are claiming for their daily dose.
Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
