xThis product has several distinctive differences from other multis and it is also an excellent all-rounder with the most important vitamins and minerals presented at potencies that are generally higher than shop - bought multis. However the main differences with other multis are as follows:
The trace mineral chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, is included at a generous 200µg per two tablets. This is considerably more than you will find in many multis.
Magnesium has been included at 300mg per two tablets as this mineral is involved in over 300 metabolic processes in the body and diets based on highly processed foods will provide at best borderline levels.
Cinnamon has been a favourite with herbalists for many years and we have included a full 2000mg of cinnamon bark, the same potency of extract used in published studies.
The powerful antioxidant called Alpha-Lipoic Acid has been included at a level that reflects ongoing research.
Other key nutrients in Multi-Guard® Control worth highlighting include the vitamins B1, B3 and B6 (present as P5P, the active form of vitamin B6). These all help contribute to normal energy metabolism and are present at excellent levels.
Directions
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably one with breakfast and one with either lunch or dinner, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. This product contains iron, which if, taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
