Methylation is a simple yet vitally important biochemical process that occurs when a methyl group is transferred to a molecule, facilitating many body functions that enable us to operate both physically and mentally. It has a significant positive impact on many biochemical reactions that regulate the activity of the cardiovascular, neurological, reproductive, and detoxification systems. There are many factors that can reduce our ability to methylate effectively, including certain nutrient deficiencies (such as folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12), stress, age, and genetic mutations in the MTHFR gene (responsible for creating an enzyme involved in methylation).
With important nutrients in bioavailable forms, Lamberts Multi-Guard® Methyl is suited to those that require methylation support, including folate as methylfolate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5’-phosphate (P5P) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. These B vitamins are known to help contribute to normal energy metabolism, and there is research to suggest that B vitamins are better absorbed and utilised by the body when presented in these methylated forms.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
