xLamberts® has selected the organic Seleno-L-Methionine form of selenium for its excellent absorption. Each tablet contains 200µg of selenium which is more than twice the level found in most multivitamin and mineral formulas.
Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails as well as the regular function of the immune system. It is also involved in the protection of cells from oxidative stress (by free radicals) and plays a role in male fertility as it contributes to normal spermatogenesis.
Dietary intakes of selenium in the UK during the 70’s were nearly twice the level we consume today, and official data shows that the selenium intake for many adults in the UK is now below the RNI. This situation is due in part to the reduction in imports of selenium-rich wheat from North America.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
