xThe most important ingredient in turmeric is curcumin, which is found within the root of the plant, and it is this part which is responsible for its bright yellow colour. The highly concentrated extract of turmeric roots used in these tablets is 95% curcumin, which means that each tablet provides the equivalent of 10g of culinary turmeric (or two heaped teaspoons). The tablets are taste free and coated for ease of swallowing.
Some other turmeric supplements available contain just normal culinary turmeric, providing just 400mg (or 0.4g) of turmeric per tablet which is well below the level used in the studies that have generated so much interest in this fascinating spice.
Researchers are interested in the theory that the regular intake of turmeric in Asian food may be one factor in explaining the health benefits of the Eastern diet.
Directions
Take 1 tablet daily.
Men aged 18+: Take 1 tablet daily.
Women aged 50+: Take 1 tablet daily.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
