xViridian's Astaxanthin is a carotenoid sourced from freshwater microalgae (Haematococcus pluvialis), one of the richest sources of natural astaxanthin. Astaxanthin is cultivated using the pristine waters from the Himalayas in an ideal climate which allows the microalgae to flourish without the requirement for any artificial heating or cooling. As well as minimising the environmental impact of production, the exposure to natural sunlight gives this carotenoid its characteristic vivid red colour as the microalgae reacts to UV light.
Astaxanthin is an antioxidant which cannot be produced by the body on its own, and instead comes from food or supplementation. Astaxanthin-rich foods include salmon, lobster and trout. These easy-to-take vegan capsules are a great dietary supplement for anyone looking to increase their intake of astaxanthin.
This vegan supplement is formulated in a base of marigold flower, which is naturally rich in the carotenoids lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
