Balanced Iron Complex contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron that is gentle on the digestive system. This formula also includes synergistic vitamin C to enhance iron absorption and aid in the maintenance of the immune system alongside vitamin B12 - an essential nutrient which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and red blood cell formation, supporting the role of iron within the body.
Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal cognitive function. Foods typically high in iron include red meat, shellfish, pumpkin seeds, and spinach. However, according to the World Health Organization, iron is the nutrient that both women and men are most likely to be deficient in.
Low iron levels could lead to feelings of fatigue, dizziness and weakness - symptoms which are often compounded by the menstrual cycle or from following a vegan or vegetarian diet. The iron used in this formula is a chelated form of this important nutrient, which has been bound to the amino acid glycine to make it more bioavailable and easier on the stomach than other commonly available forms such as ferrous fumarate or ferrous sulfate.

Pre-Orders
Whilst we currently do not hold these items in stock, we can supply it with confidence. As a result, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
